Heal: Addressing the Source of Your Pain
Balance heals back and joint pain at its source. This isn’t theory—it’s based on rigorous observation of people who still have natural balance and live pain-free. Here’s how it works:
Our spine and skeleton are designed to balance effortlessly on the line of gravity. Small children and some people in traditional societies still maintain this natural alignment.
But in the modern world, we are far from this ideal. Instead of letting our bones carry our weight as they should, we rely on the large muscles of our shoulders, legs, and back to hold us up. This weakens bones—since weight-bearing strengthens them—and creates constant strain in our muscles, which become tense, weak, and misaligned. As muscles grip, joints shift out of alignment, leading to excess wear and tear, pain, and stiffness.
Restoring balance lets bones regain strength, muscles relax, and joints realign—bringing lasting relief.
