You’ll receive personal feedback in every class, so the course is tailored to your body and needs. As you change your posture and alignment patterns, you’ll develop new daily habits that restore ease, energy, and self-trust. These simple but profound changes will help you regain the natural strength and comfort you had as a small child and reconnect with your full self — strong, pain-free, and grounded.

SpineTuned Advanced Classes are the next step after the Foundation Course. These weekly sessions support continued progress, lifestyle change, and lasting comfort. Whether you’re refining your alignment, addressing long-standing habits, or applying these principles to new areas of life, these classes meet you where you are and help you move forward.

Each class includes hands-on guidance, time to revisit key elements, and space to explore new topics. Students often help shape the curriculum by asking questions or requesting focus areas, so every group becomes its own journey.

We cover a wide range of topics — from shoulders and neck relief to advanced walking, yoga in balance, and foot strengthening. No matter the theme, the goal remains the same: to help you feel more grounded, more at ease, and more connected. Not just in your body, but in your whole being.

Private sessions are especially helpful if:
